Payments go through authorised gateways such as Razorpay, and missed payments can pause or end the service.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website or engaging the services operated by DIGITECHIE Technologies ("us," "we," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

2. Services and Deliverables

DIGITECHIE Technologies provides digital agency services, including but not limited to web development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. The scope of work, timelines, and specific deliverables will be agreed upon in writing via proposals or contracts before the commencement of any project.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, you will own the final design and code specific to your project. However, we retain the right to display the completed work in our digital portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed. We also retain ownership of any pre-existing code libraries or tools used to build your project.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our site. Failure to complete payments on schedule may result in the suspension or termination of your services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DIGITECHIE Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Do I own the code and design?

Yes. Once the project is paid for, you get full ownership of the code and designs.

What if I want to add features after the quote is agreed?

Small adjustments within the agreed scope are handled at the review points. New features are quoted separately and added to the plan only after you approve the extra cost and time, so the original price never changes without your say.

Are there any costs outside your quote?

Our quote covers our work for the agreed scope. Some services are paid to other providers and stay in your name, such as the domain, hosting, a Google Play or Apple developer account, and paid APIs like SMS or maps. We point these out before work starts so they are not a surprise.

What do I receive at handover?

The live product, the full source code, the logins for every account we set up and handover notes that explain how it all fits together.
